Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) is provided by the military to help active service members with housing costs, and can be used for either on- or off-post housing.

• The Family Housing Office (760) 725-1656 will be your first point of contact when you receive moving orders, and provides services that will help you with referrals, relocation assistance, guidance for entering a lease agreement and tenant-landlord disputes.

Camp Pendleton On Base Housing

• On-base housing at Camp Pendleton is privatized and provided to both families and Bachelors; and managed by both Hunt Military Communities (866) 208-8794 for the Deluz district and Liberty Military Housing (760) 655-1577 for all other districts. An assortment of housing sizes and styles are offered by these distinct family housing companies, based on rank and family size.
